Is it safe to use nonstick cookware for gluten-free cooking?
We recommend to always follow the use and care included with your product and cook on low to medium heat to avoid damaging your nonstick coating.
To avoid cross contamination when cooking gluten-free, we suggest separating your cookware and utensils used for gluten-free cooking from the other pieces of cookware/utensils you or your family use.
