Gluten- Free Cooking With Nonstick Cookware

Is it safe to use nonstick cookware for gluten-free cooking?

Nonstick cookware is generally safe to use for gluten-free cooking.

Gluten can become trapped in scratches in the nonstick coating, so to avoid cross-contamination, always follow the use & care guidelines included with your product. Avoid using metal utensils, which can scratch the cooking surface, and always cook on low to medium heat to avoid damaging the coating.

To furth avoid any chance of cross-contamination when cooking gluten-free, we suggest separating the cookware and utensils used for gluten-free cooking from the other pieces of cookware and utensils that you or your family use.
