What if I receive a damaged item?
We are sorry you have received a damaged item from PotsandPans.com. Please follow one of the two options below:
- Please SUBMIT A QUESTION or CHAT with us and we will research your order issue to determine if we would like you to ship the damaged item back. Please provide your order number and the item number of the damaged product when submitting your email to us.
- Please call our Consumer Relations Department at (800) 450-0156, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) excluding holidays. Have your order number and the damaged item number handy when contacting us for assistance.
